About the Film
Lucy and Mathilde’s 3 month kayaking expedition through the Inside Passage was not only to fulfil a dream of exploring the west coast, but also to raise awareness of marine plastic pollution and promote women in adventure. They completed the entire journey without using single-use plastics, to encourage people to reduce their waste at home. Having never completed a kayaking trip together longer than 7 days, this journey was destined to be full of new challenges, laughs and long-lasting memories.
In their film ‘Changing Tides,’ watch as their two years of planning from the tropics of Australia develops into reality, and they leap into a wilderness beyond what they could imagine. Follow them on a journey of adventure, challenge, friendship and a deep love of the oceans blue.
