In this time of thinning veils, let us gather in feminine temple space to honour our ancestors and loved ones who’ve passed. Acknowledging death as part of life and how the depth and beauty of this dark time allows us to draw out and release our own shadow through the dance, embodying what is truly alive within. Let us move with the fullness of our hearts and spirits as we surrender to the dance… We will close with the nurturing energy of the crystal bowls for a soothing sound healing.

Please bring offerings for the collective altar: to honour your ancestors; beloveds who’ve passed; your own shadow and/or an offering to Lady Death herself, for keeping the sacred wheel of life turning on and on…

Costuming is welcome! Dress up for Lady Death in black, white or whatever inspires; dress as your shadow or dress to honour your ancestors.

Heidi Erhardt will open with a guided meditation/intention setting and close the evening with crystal bowl and other instruments sound healing. Please bring blankets &/or a mat for your comfort for the closing.

An ecstatic dance journey follows the guided opening: a free-style movement experience that features a diverse music set intended to invoke & ignite the wild feminine within. You are invited to move from the inside out and to be non-verbal during the dance, as a way of deepening into the journey. Full movement freedom, authentic embodiment and whole-hearted expression are encouraged. Music by Jaz.

This is a safe, sacred container for women-identifying folks of all ages.
