However, often you’ll just need a LITTLE support with something specific – so we’ve created these coaching packages with our professional team to help you in just those moments.
A/V TECH COACH
Coaching Package
3 Hours | $975
This 3hr consulting package is designed to help you with your audio/visual technology objectives. Perhaps you’re setting up a home studio, or making decisions around a camera purchase, or routing audio or framing up a shot for a webinar. Whatever it is – we can help, and (by popular demand) have created this package to support you in your various A/V technical needs!
- HOUR1 – DISCOVERY: We’ll schedule a ZOOM call within the week and our team member will ask an array of questions to understand your vision, objectives, barriers, budget & timeline.
- HOUR2 – RESEARCH: Our team will spend an hour preparing a coaching document along with links to websites, equipment, youtube videos and other resources to help you fulfill your vision.
- HOUR3 – FEEDBACK: Within a week, we’ll schedule a second ZOOM meeting with you to provide the resource document and go over it together – arming you to fulfill your objectives and get right back to media making!

Coaching Package

LIVE EVENT AUDIT
Coaching Package
Up to 4 Hours | $400
This audit is designed to give you clear, experienced, no-BS feedback on your live online event. I’ll attend as a participant, and assess the experience across key areas like technical execution, production quality, audience engagement, and overall impact. Whether you’re hosting a webinar, workshop, or multi-day event, this is about identifying where the real opportunities are to level things up.
- ATTENDANCE – OBSERVATION: I’ll join your live online event and observe a range of sessions and formats. I’ll move in and out strategically — watching different session types and key moments to get a well-rounded view of the experience.
- ANALYSIS – REVIEW: Following the event, I’ll review my notes and assess the strengths, gaps, and opportunities across your event — from production choices and tech setup to pacing, structure, and engagement.
- DELIVERY – REPORT: Within one week, you’ll receive a detailed 3–5 page written audit outlining my feedback. This includes practical recommendations, potential technical upgrades, and curated links to tools, resources, and examples to support your next iteration.

PUTTERING SESSION
Coaching Call
1 Hour | $150
This 1hr coaching session with Jason is designed to help you think through a specific challenge in your business, technical process or event production strategy. It’s simple, conversational, and intentionally a little unconventional. During our time together, I’ll be “puttering” – doing light household tasks in the background or taking a walk in the woods while we talk.
- THE FORMAT: This format tends to create a more relaxed, natural dynamic where ideas move freely. It’s a great fit if you’re working through something specific, feeling stuck, or looking for grounded entrepreneurial support.
- BRING YOUR QUESTIONS: We’ll connect by phone and spend the hour in focused dialogue. You bring the question, challenge, or idea you want to explore. I’ll listen, ask questions, and offer perspective as we work through it together leaving you some practical next steps.
- A SELF-CONTAINED CONVERSATION: No screens, no slides, no prep documents, no follow-up documents, no formal structure – just a focused, real-time conversation and some clear thinking, together.
