Our very first Launch Lab exceeded every expectation. Across North America and in the studio, we welcomed entrepreneurs, creators, coaches and changemakers who came together to step back from the day-to-day, get clear about what really matters, and intentionally design the year ahead. The conversations were rich. The coaching went deep. Our Studio Seats filled completely.
By the end of that weekend one thing was abundantly clear: we had to do it again. This September, Launch Lab returns as an even richer three-day experience — new modules, more coaching time, and a little more breathing room for the conversations and implementation that make all the difference.
What is Launch Lab?
Launch Lab is your 3-day mission to fulfill your 12-month vision.
Over three immersive days you’ll step away from the daily noise, reconnect with what matters most, clarify your priorities, design your strategy, build practical systems, and begin implementing your plan while experienced coaches are right there to help.
By the end of the weekend, your vision won’t just exist in a notebook. It’ll already be alive — in your calendar, your project boards, your habits, and your daily workflow. This isn’t about setting goals. It’s about intentionally designing the next year of your life and work.
Why September?
Most people think of January as the time to plan the year ahead. But for many entrepreneurs, creators and professionals, September is the truer beginning of a 12-month cycle. Summer winds down. Routines return. New projects begin. Energy shifts from vacation mode back into building mode.
September feels like a second New Year — and it’s the perfect time to map the next twelve months. Let’s goooo.
The three days
Day One: Lift Off — We begin by zooming out. You’ll reflect honestly on where you are, reconnect with what matters most, clarify your direction, and define what success actually looks like over the next twelve months. This is where your Flight Plan begins.
Day Two: Momentum — Great intentions need great systems. Together we’ll develop the strategies, workflows, habits and structures that support meaningful progress long after Launch Lab is over. You’ll leave with an operating system, not just a list of goals.
Day Three: Escape Velocity — We point our nose toward the stars. Calendars get filled, new tools get sharpened, projects get organized. With coaches on hand to support, you’ll spend less time talking about what you’re going to do and more time actually doing it. By the time you leave, you’ll be pulling away from the gravity you’re used to.

The Studio Experience
Launch Lab is designed as a fully interactive virtual experience — whether you’re joining from your home office or from across the world, you’ll be fully engaged as part of the cohort.
That said, for some people there’s something special about being in the room. Our Studio Seats are for those who learn best face-to-face, who want to immerse themselves for three full days without the distractions of everyday life, and who value the energy of working alongside a room full of thoughtful, ambitious people.
Studio Seats are intentionally limited to 36 participants — the spacious capacity of our studio — creating an intimate, highly interactive environment where everyone has the opportunity to participate, connect, and receive meaningful coaching throughout the weekend.
Your facilitators
Liz Zdunich is a coach, facilitator and learning designer with more than twenty years of experience helping leaders, entrepreneurs and creative professionals gain clarity, strengthen their confidence, and move from intention to intentional action. She has designed learning experiences for organizations around the world, and has a remarkable gift for helping people uncover what matters most while creating an environment that’s both deeply supportive and wonderfully human.
Jason Guille is a producer, entrepreneur and systems architect who has spent decades helping meaningful ideas become reality. As founder of Sunset Labs and Stream of Consciousness, he specializes in turning complex visions into practical strategies, elegant systems, and real-world execution. His passion is helping creators spend less time overwhelmed and more time building the work they’re here to do.
