SUMMARY:Relational Leadership Lab
DESCRIPTION:No scripts. No props. No slides about leadership theory. Just people\, in a room\, physically shaping the leadership moments they’re actually stuck in — and seeing them from angles they’d never find sitting down. \nLeadership is hard. Not because we lack skills\, but because it asks us to face conflict\, sit in discomfort\, and lead with courage when certainty isn’t available. \nThe Relational Leadership Lab is a full day that steps into those hard moments rather than talking about them from a safe distance. It’s built for anyone leading a team\, project\, classroom\, household\, or community — title or no title. \nThis is for you if\n\nYou’re leading people who didn’t choose you\nYou’ve been carrying a conversation you keep not having\nYou were promoted for being excellent at something you now barely do\nYou’re the person others bring conflict to\, and no one taught you what to do with it\nYou lead a household\, a classroom\, or a community\, and no one calls it leadership\n\nWhat you’ll experience\nImage theatre — physically shaping real leadership moments to see conflict from angles we usually miss. \nLive simulations — practice navigating real leadership tension through real case scenarios\, with room to try\, fail\, and try again. \nDeep dialogue — honest conversation with other leaders that goes well past the surface. \nWhat you’ll walk away with\n\nSharper clarity on your own leadership instincts\nA practiced sense of how to stay present in conflict instead of avoiding it or steamrolling through\nLanguage for the hard conversations you’ve been putting off\nRenewed confidence in the leadership wisdom you already carry\nTemplates for deepening conversations\, elevating trust\, and working with tension rather than against it\n\nAbout your facilitator\nAndrea McCoy is the founder of Janklin Consulting\, where she works at the intersection of leadership\, culture\, and story. A descendant of Indigenous Mexican\, Scottish\, and German ancestors\, she immigrated to Canada in 2015 and enrolled at Royal Roads University at 35 for a Master of Arts in International and Intercultural Communication — proof\, as she puts it\, that it’s never too late to do something different. Her thesis work took her into refugee settlement across Vancouver Island\, where she co-coordinated the Vancouver Island Refugee Response Team. \nThe name Janklin came from her son’s toy frog. She chose it because it was unique and easy to remember\, and only afterward learned that for some Indigenous communities on Turtle Island\, the frog represents transformation and communication between the earth and the people on it. \nDetails\n\nSmall by design — roughly 15–20 participants\, highly interactive and participatory\nFull day — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM\nLunch — not included; bring something OR plenty of nearby options\nWhere — Sunset Labs\, 400 Herald Street\, Victoria\nPricing — General Admission $100 · Students & Seniors $75\n\nREGISTER

SUMMARY:Launch Lab
DESCRIPTION:If you’ve ever finished a year wondering where the time went. If you’ve ever started with big intentions only to find yourself reacting instead of creating. If you’ve ever wished someone could help connect your vision with an actual plan. \nYou’re exactly who Launch Lab was built for. \nOur very first Launch Lab exceeded every expectation. Across North America and in the studio\, we welcomed entrepreneurs\, creators\, coaches and changemakers who came together to step back from the day-to-day\, get clear about what really matters\, and intentionally design the year ahead. The conversations were rich. The coaching went deep. Our Studio Seats filled completely. \nBy the end of that weekend one thing was abundantly clear: we had to do it again. This September\, Launch Lab returns as an even richer three-day experience — new modules\, more coaching time\, and a little more breathing room for the conversations and implementation that make all the difference. \nWhat is Launch Lab?\nLaunch Lab is your 3-day mission to fulfill your 12-month vision. \nOver three immersive days you’ll step away from the daily noise\, reconnect with what matters most\, clarify your priorities\, design your strategy\, build practical systems\, and begin implementing your plan while experienced coaches are right there to help. \nBy the end of the weekend\, your vision won’t just exist in a notebook. It’ll already be alive — in your calendar\, your project boards\, your habits\, and your daily workflow. This isn’t about setting goals. It’s about intentionally designing the next year of your life and work. \nWhy September?\nMost people think of January as the time to plan the year ahead. But for many entrepreneurs\, creators and professionals\, September is the truer beginning of a 12-month cycle. Summer winds down. Routines return. New projects begin. Energy shifts from vacation mode back into building mode. \nSeptember feels like a second New Year — and it’s the perfect time to map the next twelve months. Let’s goooo. \nThe three days\nDay One: Lift Off — We begin by zooming out. You’ll reflect honestly on where you are\, reconnect with what matters most\, clarify your direction\, and define what success actually looks like over the next twelve months. This is where your Flight Plan begins. \nDay Two: Momentum — Great intentions need great systems. Together we’ll develop the strategies\, workflows\, habits and structures that support meaningful progress long after Launch Lab is over. You’ll leave with an operating system\, not just a list of goals. \nDay Three: Escape Velocity — We point our nose toward the stars. Calendars get filled\, new tools get sharpened\, projects get organized. With coaches on hand to support\, you’ll spend less time talking about what you’re going to do and more time actually doing it. By the time you leave\, you’ll be pulling away from the gravity you’re used to. \nThis is for you if\n\nYou have a big vision but struggle to consistently make time for it\nYou feel busy all the time\, but aren’t always working on what matters most\nYou want to stop reacting to life and start intentionally designing it\nYou crave clarity\, momentum\, accountability\, and a room full of thoughtful\, ambitious humans\nYou have big goals for the year ahead and want some new tools in the belt\n\nLaunch Lab is built for entrepreneurs\, creators\, coaches\, consultants\, nonprofit leaders\, freelancers\, artists\, community builders — anyone intentionally building something that matters. First-time planners get clarity\, structure and the confidence of a plan they can actually follow. High performers get refinement\, optimization\, and the kind of professional feedback that multiplies results. \nWhat you’ll walk away with\n\nYour complete 12-month Flight Plan\nCrystal-clear priorities\nPractical systems that make follow-through dramatically easier\nProjects already mapped into your calendar\nGreater awareness of the patterns that keep getting in your way\nNew tools\, systems\, processes and apps\nAccountability\, momentum\, and a room full of brilliant humans cheering you on\n\nThe Studio Experience\nLaunch Lab is designed as a fully interactive virtual experience — whether you’re joining from your home office or from across the world\, you’ll be fully engaged as part of the cohort. \nThat said\, for some people there’s something special about being in the room. Our Studio Seats are for those who learn best face-to-face\, who want to immerse themselves for three full days without the distractions of everyday life\, and who value the energy of working alongside a room full of thoughtful\, ambitious people. \nStudio Seats are intentionally limited to 36 participants — the spacious capacity of our studio — creating an intimate\, highly interactive environment where everyone has the opportunity to participate\, connect\, and receive meaningful coaching throughout the weekend. \nYour facilitators\nLiz Zdunich is a coach\, facilitator and learning designer with more than twenty years of experience helping leaders\, entrepreneurs and creative professionals gain clarity\, strengthen their confidence\, and move from intention to intentional action. She has designed learning experiences for organizations around the world\, and has a remarkable gift for helping people uncover what matters most while creating an environment that’s both deeply supportive and wonderfully human. \nJason Guille is a producer\, entrepreneur and systems architect who has spent decades helping meaningful ideas become reality. As founder of Sunset Labs and Stream of Consciousness\, he specializes in turning complex visions into practical strategies\, elegant systems\, and real-world execution. His passion is helping creators spend less time overwhelmed and more time building the work they’re here to do. \nDetails\n\nDates — September 18–20\, 2026\nFriday — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM\nSaturday — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM\nSunday — 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM\nAttend from anywhere — fully interactive Zoom experience\nOr join us in studio — exactly 36 Studio Seats available at Sunset Labs\nVirtual Seats — $192 advance until August 17\, $222 after\nStudio Seats — $302 advance until August 17\, $322 after\nPayment — PayPal\, or e-transfer to payments@sunsetlabs.ca\n\nReady for liftoff?\nThe first Launch Lab was amazing.
