There’s this sweet connection between the island and the East side of the Rockies. Community members have felt this for decades as they travel and explore living in both Victoria and Calgary. It’s like a meeting of two rivers, ever present and in flow with one another. After many Inshala Festivals, we are ecstatic to collaborate with the Victoria community for a night of music, dance and connection.
