At Sunset Labs we have multiple backup systems running so that you the show will ALWAYS go on. From secondary gigabit internet to backup computers to backup mics & cameras, we’re always ready to handle any issue that might arise quickly and often invisibly, to your participants.

A Producer, Technical Director and Camera Operator(s) are assigned to each live event, and depending on the project we may also engage graphics & animation, audio engineers, event staff and so on. Our team is here to handle all the technical production, so you can stay in your zone of genius.

The assets that you obtain AFTER the event are often at least as important as the live event itself. Our recording process and backup systems ensure that you receive a gorgeous high-definition recording of your project that will serve you for years, to sell, to gift, or to use as social media content.
