Festival Spotlight: The Big Time Out

When it comes to Vancouver Island festivals, there’s a few that really stand out – and The Big Time Out is most certainly amongst them! The Big Time Out = 8 Musical Venues in 1 Village – August 18 and 19 – packed with cutting edge artists, breathtaking circus arts and a huge amount of dancing!

This weekend The Big Time Out returns to the musical mecca of Cumberland, BC, August 18th and 19th with a stellar line-up including Black Mountain, Elliott BROOD, Australia’s Aurora Jane, and Bahamas. These and more are set to a stunning backdrop of projections and installations, circus arts, fire spinning belly dancers, and massive inflatables.
