It’s All About the Cadence

You might start noticing some beautiful women hanging inverted from a metal hoop or fabric around Sunset Labs events over the coming months, or perhaps (if you attended Erotica Electronica last weekend) you already have! Now, if chillin out upside down in sustained poses some meters above the floor appeals to you, you might want to get to know Cadence Fitness – cuz this is what they do! Aerial hooping, they call it. And then there’s the pole fitness, and the aerial hammocks & silks.. all amazing, and all centered around the FITNESS aspect of these various activities! Cadence describes what they do as follows:

Providing fun and innovative classes to women of all ages, shapes & sizes. We offer classes such as Pole Fitness, Aerial Yoga, Burlesque, GROOVE & so much more. Our goal is to excite women about being active & healthly!

Cadence Fitness is dedicated to creating an open and safe space for women to explore movement for themselves. Our instructors encourage growth, health and community in everyone and everyBODY. It is our goal to create a strong, confident and supportive community of women who have an appreciation for themselves and others.

We’ve only just discovered Cadence, and we’re VERY excited for this new partnership. Consistent with our collaborative mission, working with young entrepreneurs and innovative performers like Amie & her team at Cadence is TOTALLY up our alley – and it doesn’t hurt that they are keeners like us, ready to explore new communities and partnerships. Artistically, their participation & performances are an amazing addition to our more creative nights.
