Sunset Garage Sale Fundraiser

This event has a handful of interwoven intentions! First, to free up some new space at Sunset to get creative with! Second, to clear out some stuffs & gear & things we really don’t need. Third, to raise funds to be put towards Sunset’s next evolution. Lastly, to create an opportunity for friends & community to contribute to Sunset’s longevity – through a spring thinning of things unneeded!

Our team at Sunset Room is working hard to not only ensure Sunset’s stability & growth, but also to create new partnerships, an updated environment, and a more diverse overall use of the space. Our vision for Sunset Room is that it continues to play a key role in supporting Victoria’s arts & music communities – and your participation & support for this garage sale project will make a big difference for us.

Here’s the plan! We are offloading a bunch of stuff we don’t really need – and we are also requesting donations of items towards the fundraiser. We will sell what is donated at the garage sale, and will apply all dollars from the sale directly into Sunset Room’s stability and ongoing evolution. Our initial plans are getting some new chairs & furnishings, some work to the kitchen, some paint & spackle & decor upgrades as well.

Let us help you turn things you don’t really need – into an investment into the vibrancy of a space that we really DO need. Whether it is something small (books, toys, movies, games) or something huge (trampoline, dinette, tools & equipment), we will take it – and we promise that through Sunset Room we will PAY IT FORWARD with your generous contribution to the sale.
