A 2020 Vision Partnership

 
Last month Stream of Consciousness launched 2020 Vision, a media grant project designed to amplify & forward the deep work being done by the non-profit community right here in our hometown of Victoria. Sunset Labs has come on board as a sponsor and event host, and all the 2020 Vision events will be delivered from Sunset – for free – over the next 2 years!

Stream of Consciousness explains their new offering as follows:
 

We’re gifting 20 live broadcast events, over 20 months, to 20 local community-based organizations in order to help them reach more people, scale their message, capture some beautiful video, and build an expanded awareness of the cause they champion! 2020 Vision is our way of saying THANK YOU for all that you’re doing to make a more beautiful, just, compassionate, balanced and sustainable world.

In December 2017 we announced an open invitation to apply to receive one of the 2020 Vision grants, which are all-inclusive broadcast packages including the livestream team, the bandwidth, the online hosting, the venue (Sunset Labs!), the operations staff, the sound & lighting & equipment, a tea service for the attendees – even the janitorial.

We’re excited to be part of this amazing program, and to have the opportunity to give back to those who work so hard for our community and world.
