Art of the Week: Earthdance Mandala

This weekend marks the 5th year we have come together to celebrate the Earthdance Festival on Vancouver Island, so it seems fitting we reach into the archives and re-share something amazing with you from the many amazing creations that have been birthed through these years of co-creation!

In 2010, under the leadership of Carla Rae Gilday, some 30 artists around the world came together to build our Earthdance Mandala – A single blank canvas cut into a puzzle of infinite potential, each piece shipped to an awaiting artist in the world, and once complete with their contribution brought back together and reunited with the whole!
