Launch Lab 2026!

Earlier this month (Jan 10/11) we hosted the debut of LAUNCH LAB – a 2-day intensive workshop designed for entrepreneurs who want to step into the new year with clarity, structure, and a real, executable plan for 2026.

It wasn’t about motivation or big-picture inspiration. It was a hands-on working session focused on turning goals into something concrete: together, we mapped-out “flight plan” for the year ahead, complete with priorities, sequencing, and systems for execution.

Most participants came in feeling overloaded, unclear on priorities, or stuck between competing ideas. We heard similar shares from our guests – a lot of ideas, a lot of ambition, but a lack of clarity on sequencing, priorities, and how to turn vision into something structured enough to actually carry through a full year of work. Given some of the very ambitious plans we heard… NO WONDER.

What they left with was something much more grounded: a written plan for how to actually move forward. Not inspiration or vague goal-setting, but a real ‘flight plan’for the year ahead.

Over two days in the studio, we worked through a series of deep, practical modules designed to turn that noise into clarity.

One of the most powerful starting points was a module Liz led called “2025 Audits & Balance Wheel.” We slowed everything down and looked honestly at the year behind us – what had actually received attention, where energy had gone, and what that revealed about priorities, intention, and alignment. From there, we mapped forward into what 2026 could actually look like if it was approached with more awareness and structure.

It was one of those moments where the room really settled in. You could feel people becoming more present… not just with the exercise, but with themselves.

From there, we moved into building out our individual flight plans – our structured maps for the year ahead. This is where things started to shift for people in a very tangible way. It wasn’t just about naming goals anymore, but about sequencing them, understanding dependencies, and of course turning something that can be so overwhelming – into something workable.

On my side, I led two key modules focused on execution and systems. The first was around building out a clear goal tracker – the operational backbone of the flight plan. The second was a deeper dive into strategies and systems: how to actually maintain momentum over time, how to track progress without friction, and how to build structure that supports consistency instead of relying on motivation – or memory.

We were also joined on day two by our friend and global marketing teacher Tad Hargrave, who led a powerful session on “7 Fundamentals, Barriers & Imposter Syndrome.” That layer added something important to the experience… bringing awareness to the internal blocks that often sit underneath even the best-laid plans. Also, he was a blast.

What stood out for us the most across both days wasn’t the content, it was the shift in people. By the end of the workshop, there was a very clear change in energy. People weren’t just talking about ideas anymore… they were talking about sequencing, timing, priorities, and next steps. In some cases, they were already recalibrating their Q1 plans on the spot.

We had amazing feedback after the event, with participants describing it in their own words as “life shifting”. One participant shared publicly afterwards:

“Every minute of every day of my last three months was calculated when I did the 2-day LAUNCH LAB event which taught me how to create a flight plan for 2026… which was totally life shifting. Jason & Liz – I wouldn’t have been able to do it without your expert guidance. It’s time to pull out the flight plan and see what’s next up now that I’ve succeeded with all my Q1 goals!”

SO GOOD. Moments like this are humbling.

Liz and I led this together, with me focusing heavily on the technical production and livestream side of the event while also facilitating key systems modules. Liz carried the lion’s share of the content, and she was TOTALLY stellar. That balance between structure and experience is something we care deeply about – making sure the environment feels both professionally held and personally meaningful.

And at the heart of it, that’s what Launch Lab really was: a space for clarity, structure, and momentum to re-enter the picture. Not in theory- but in writing, and then in our LIFE. And YES, Launch Lab will DEFINITELY happen again sometime – stay tuuuuuned.
